An eight-year-old brick veneer townhouse at 321 Young Street, Fitzroy, attracted three buyers and sold for $551,000, up from $430,000 in the three years the vendor had held the property.
Hodges’ Julian Augustini had strong interest from three bidders for a two-bedroom Edwardian home at 10 St John Street, Windsor, that sold for $765,000, but a three-bedroom weatherboard at 12 Harding Street, Highett, was passed in on a vendor bid of $580,000 with a reserve of $610,000.
