Rural Darwin and Tennant Creek prices rose by more than 4 per cent, and the rest of the Territory besides inner Darwin and Palmerston dropped slightly. Unit sales decreased in inner Darwin, Palmerston and Alice Springs, and unit prices increased in the Top End but dropped in Katherine and Alice Springs.
