With all of the recent interest rate rises hitting Home Owners and Investors combined with all of the negative press in relation to housing affordability I think that it is about time that a little sense of equality is called for.
In my mind tenants have been getting a free ride for too long and it is way past time that Investors and or their Property Managers should be addressing the disparity of rental income to Property Value. full story
