Propertywishlist.com.au was recently launched on Monday. Mainly, it is an online database of buyer’s wish list’s. Buyers & sellers register for free. There is auto matching in place to alert the buyers and sellers. The website is similar to other email alert systems but offer a more personal approach as so sellers can view the wish list’s and get a good feel of what the buyers needs are before sending irrelevant properties to the buyers. Private sellers and or real estate agents can register as sellers. Buyers receive email alerts from sellers that match their criteria, whilst keeping their personal details private from the sellers. Sellers only get to see the buyers username, wish list & criteria. If buyer is interested in the property, they contact the seller direct. We believe it will be a useful tool for all buyers, private vendors & real estate agents to help them connect. All free of charge.
